It is designed for all styles of jump rope to includespeed, power and free style jump skills for cross training. The 7 1/2" handles make it easy to perform advanced skills and comfortably fits all handsizes. The innovative adjustment systemallows you to custom size the rope for your height in seconds (6' 5" andunder). The swivel-bearing wrench is specifically designed to secure andreplace the bearings to maintain years of hyperformance jumping. The rope cordand swivel bearings are replaceable.
